Chana Masala Recipe

Ingredients:–

chole 2 cups

turmeric powder 1 pinch

Chopped Tomato 3

Chopped onion 1

corainder powder 1/2 tsp

garam masala 1/2 tsp

Ginger 1 inch chopped

red chillie powder 1/2 tsp

Chopped green chillies 3

Salt to taste

Add corainder leaves for garnishing.

You can use chana masala prepared in bazaar to make it more spicy and tasty.

Steps to Make :–

1. Soak the chana Overnight.Pressure cook the chole.

2. Now heat 2tsp oil in the pan. Then add tomato, onion , green chillies and ginger.

3. Cook until masala does not separates from oil.

4. Then add salt and turmeric powder.

5. Add boiled Chana , red chillie powder, garam masala and corainder leaves.

6. Cook until a thick ravy is not formed.

7. Remove from fire. Add corainder leaves for garnishing. Serve it hot with roti or rice.
