Lemon Chicken : Healthy Chicken

The Recipe below is with no oil. It is very healthy and Light.

Serves : 4

Time : 60 Mins

Ingredients

Chicken : 600 gms (Legs and Wings)

Lemon : 5

Salt

Chat Masala

Black Pepper Powder

Steps to Make

1. Wash chicken nicely and keep them in a Bowl.

2. Add 4 Lemons juice and salt to the Chicken and Mix them well.

3. Cover the Bowl and keep it for 30 mins.

4. After 30 Mins, Remove the marinated water and keep it in another bowl.

5. Take a Frying Pan, Put the chicken Pieces in it.

6. Put the Frying Pan on Low Flame and add 3 table spoons of Marinated Lemon Juice.

7. Cover the frying Pan, and let it be on the flame for 30 Mins.

8. In Interval of 10 Mins just open the cover and move chicken pieces, so that it gets cooked from all sides.

9. Once chicken turns dark grey, take the out andput on the Serving Plate.

10. Put some chat masala and Black pepper powder and few drops on Lemon Juice. Serve Hot.
