Ingredients :
carrot, peas, onion, gobi, capsicum, potato, khoa, curd, oil — each 100g
tomato puree 1 bowl
malai 2 tsp.
pasta dana 1 tsp
red chilli 1/2 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
sugar 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder , onion, ginger, green chillies ( make a paste of it )
cheese 50g
makhana , raisins( kishmish ), almond , pista — each 15 g
Steps to make :
1. Heat the water in the pressure cooker by adding salt and sugar to it. then Cut all the vegetables and add them to the water and boil for 10 mins.
2. Make a paste of oil and butter . fry the makhanas . and soak the almonds in hot water for 10 mins.
3. Add pasta dana and curd to the mixture of oil and butter. then add the paste of jeera , onion , ginger, green chillies and cook it for some time. add 1/2 tsp turmeric to it. after that add tomato puree , curd and at last add alai to it. now your gravy is ready.
4. Heat some oil in the pan and cook all the vegetables. add khoa and garam masala to the vegetables and mix it with the gravy.
5. Add salt and cook on the sim gas for 15 mins.
6. Add all thr dry fruits, water and bake it for 15 mins.
Now your mix veg. is ready to serve
